Export Declaration Form

  1. EDF Form : Exports other than software made by all modes
  2. SOFTEX Form : Export of software in non-physical form

Prescribed Time Limits

  • For submission of export document – 21 Days from date of export
  • For realisation of export bills – 9 Months from date of export

                                                      – Good exported to warehouse- 15 Months

  • Extension of time – ETX form apply to AD
  • AD submit half year statements XOS of overdue bills- June & December

Foreign Currency Accounts

1. Overseas Foriegn Currency Account

  • Save on exchange fluctuation

2. Diamond Dollar Account – DDA

  • 2 Year track record
  • Average export turn-over Rs. 3.0 Crore
  • Maintain up to 5 DDA

3. Exchange Earners’ Foreign Currency Account – EEFC

  • 100 % of inward payment receive in foreign currency

Export Finance

  1. Pre-Shipment
    1. Packing credit – EPC, PCL
    2. Advance against government receivables – Duty Drawback
  2. Post-Shipment
    1. Export bill purchase/discount
    2. Export bill negotiated
    3. Advance against bill send for collection basic
    4. Advance against export on consignment basic
    5. Advance against undrawn balance
    6. Advance against duty drawback
