Purpose
- Personal, requirement of fund for Vastu puja/other religious function, purchase of consumer durable/furniture/furnishing, medical and hospitalization expenses etc.
- No loan to be allowed for speculative purpose.
Eligibility
- Employees of Central / State Govt. / Autonomous Bodies/ Public / Joint Sector Undertakings, Public Limited Co. / MNCs & Educational Institutions – with minimum continuous service for 1 year
- Employees of Proprietorship, Partnership firms, Private Limited companies, Trust – with minimum continuous service for 1 year
- Insurance Agents- doing business for minimum last -2- years
- Self Employed Professionals (Doctor, Engineer, Architect, Interior Designers, Tech. and Management Consultants, Practicing Company secretaries etc) — with minimum 1 year stable business.
- Self Employed Business persons – with minimum 1 year stable business
Documents
- Proof of Identity (Any one):- PAN/ Passport/ Driver’s License/ Voter ID card
- Proof of Residence Address (Any one):- Recent copy of Telephone Bill/ Electricity Bill/Water Bill/ Gas Bill or copy of Aadhaar Card / Passport/ Driving License
- 2 passport-size photographs
- In case of salaried person: Salary slips for the last -3- month & Copy of Form No 16 along with salary certificate from the Employer. I.T Returns for past 2/3 years.
- In case of Professional & Self Employed: Financial statement of the last -2-years. Proof of Office/shop address and Residential Address, IT Returns Copy of Registration /License /Govt. approval required to pursue the profession along with Proof of technical Qualification
- Last 6 months statement of accounts of Main Bank account in case main account is not with the Branch
- If the loan amount is more than Rs 2.00 lakhs;
- Original title deeds of the property offered as security for creation of mortgage.
- Title Search Report for the -30- years from our paneled advocate in prescribed format.
- Receipts of latest Society maintenance, Water Tax, Municipal Tax and any other such charges/taxes.
- Non encumbrance letter from Co-op Society in case of property located under Society.
- Permission from the Society to create Registered mortgage in favour of the bank and noting of our .lien in its books
